Duncan Struthers
Hello, I'm Duncan Struthers — a Sydney-based photographer who has spent years photographing events across the city, from engagements and milestone birthdays to corporate functions, conferences, and community occasions. I bring a relaxed, documentary approach that lets moments unfold naturally, working quietly in the background so I can capture people at their most genuine.
That same eye for light, composition, and timing comes from years spent on landscape, seascape, and cityscape photography — standing on a clifftop before dawn waiting for the light to break, or tracking the changing moods of the Australian coastline from one sunrise to the next. It's a patient, observational approach, and it carries into everything I shoot.
Building on that experience, I've recently expanded into Real Estate Photography and Corporate Headshots — bringing the same attention to light and detail to property listings and professional profiles across Parramatta and Western Sydney. They're newer offerings, backed by an established photography practice and the same care I bring to every shoot.
Today I share my work through event and commercial photography, real estate and headshot sessions, fine art prints available in a range of sizes, and photography workshops. If you're interested in working together, I'd love to hear from you.
